The room was absolutely fabulous and fairly quiet with smoke detectors for safety measures. The food was fabulous - variety of options.

Dinner was missed, we were a little disappointed.

we had an incredible family holiday in montvalezan. our stay at a beautiful hotel with brand new, spacious rooms and amazing views of the alps exceeded our expectations. the friendly staff and convenient ski-in-out access made our stay even better....  

The property was newly decorated and well-designed with pleasant staff with their service.

I asked for superior queen room and it was modern with balcony. The location was great for my stay, 200 metres from Espace San Bernardo.

The hotel is situated in a great location surrounded by beautiful scenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern decor and stunning views of the mountains. The all-inclusive option is worth it as the food and cocktails are delicious....  

My room was comfortable thanks to the creative staff. The setting was super, right by the slope and the ski lift. It also was in ski hire shop which you had to pass through to reach restaurant.

The view from our room was absolutely spectacular! We were in the perfect position, close to the ski lifts and paths. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to help us when our car got stuck in the snow. They truly made our stay stress-free. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and the beds were excellent. The restaurant had a great design and the food was delicious. The swimming pool and Finnish sauna in the spa were a wonderful addition to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was lacking some variety and could use more options like different mueslis, fresh juices, and cheeses. The dinner menu was a bit limited and could use some improvement in terms of quality.

Confusing system for half board option.

The hotel is located in a great spot, offering stunning mountain views from the rooms. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with amenities like mini bars and Nespresso machines. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service at the reception and restaurants. Guests can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast and dine at the French-style brasserie with excellent food and service. The swimming pool, spa, and gym facilities add to the overall pleasant experience.

The kitchen closes at lunchtime, limiting dining options during the day.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the friendly and bilingual staff, clean and modern rooms with great views, and the delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel facilities, including the pool and spa, were also well kept.

The views from the hotel were simply breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the surrounding valley. the service provided by the staff was excellent, with attentive and friendly employees who went out of their way to assist. The hotel's ski-in, ski-out location was also a major plus, allowing for easy access to the slopes.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The food served at the restaurant was not up to par, with limited options and occasional issues with the quality.

Our room had spacious and beautiful furnishings with mountain views, and we enjoyed the complimentary minibar and Nespresso machine. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we enjoyed the Happy Hour cocktails at the bar.

The restaurant service was disappointing with slow service and forgetful staff. The limited menu options were especially disappointing for children. The layout of the sauna next to the reception desk was uncomfortable, and the breakfast lacked variety with cold waffles and pancakes.
